December 2012. The Sebago Lake Village Design Master Plan took the 2002 Vision for Sebago Lake Village the recommendations from the 2006 Comprehensive Plan. This Master Plan provided an overview of the area and certain recommendations related to zoning, establishing a pedestrian network, new infrastructure, and neighborhood design.
November 2007. Following the 2006 Comprehensive Plan, Standish identified Standish Corner for revitalization and expansion of the village. This Plan addressed issues including density, economic development, housing types, district boundaries, land uses, and integration of street networks.
June 2006. The current Standish Comprehensive Plan was updated nearly twenty years ago. This plan contains many recommendations that have guided the town since adopted. The goals, policies, and implementations strategies included in the plan have been the basis for ordinances, planning, and development.
Steep Falls Village Master Plan
July 2014. The Steep Falls Village Master Plan outlines the Steep Falls’ residents’ and the town’s vision and strategies for the Village, which represent both an eye to the future and commitment to its heritage.
