Standish Visioning Workshop
On November 18, 2024, North Star Planning and Standish Municipal Staff hosted a Visioning Workshop highlighting “What We’ve Learned”. During the workshop, North Star presented the initial findings of the first phase of the Comprehensive Planning process. Workshop activities included Map Activities, Open-ended Questions, a first look at the Vision Statement, and dot exercises.

North Star Planning will lead a workshop on Standish’s priorities concerning preservation, growth, and new development. The team will present insights gathered from previous community workshops, surveys, and public outreach activities, proving an introduction to future land use planning. Participants will have the opportunity to share their perspectives on different development scenarios for Standish and offer feedback on the topics discussed.
